Laundry
For your convenience, you may use the facility's laundry machines which are located on each floor of each dorm. The laundry rooms will be stocked with laundry detergent and dryer sheets.
Personal laundry services will be available at the front desk between the hours of 5:30am and 11:00pm. If you would like to use the laundry service plese pick up laundry bags at the front desk, one for white items and one for colored items. Please sort your laundry and fill ou tboth sides of the receipt tag before dropping it off at the front desk for washing. For further instructions and terms and conditions, please consult the laundry tag inside of your laundry bags.
Housekeeping Services
Our housekeeping team services each room every other day. See the bulletin board in your room for the cleaning schedule that is applicable for your room. For environmental reasons, if you would like to continue using your towels please hang them up. All towels placed on the floor will be replaced with a fresh towel. For your comfort, the bed linen and towels will be changed weekly.
If you are working a night shift, to ensure that your room is serviced please place the "night shift" card on the outside of your door. For your convenience, the "night shift" sign is located on the inside of your door. In order to prevent any kind of disruption, please advise the front desk if your shift has changed. Extra towels and amenities are available at the front desk.
Recycling/Environmental Consciousness
There are recycling bins located in your room as well as throughout the WA. We care about the environment and ask that you place your trash and recyclables in the appropriate bins.
In the guest rooms the blue bins are recycling and black bins for garbage. In the kitchen we are equipped with premium recycling stations, and labeled bins - plastic, paper, tetra, and cans. We have also equipped the WA with eco-toilets that offer a low-flush and high-flush volume. Please make an effort to turn lights off when leaving your room.
